TORN BETWEEN CAREER AND PASSION

Last week, I went to a 3-day vacation in Hanoi and I can’t imagine that I only spend a few bucks on my stay. I booked a single bed on a mixed bedroom from Booking.com that comes with free breakfast and I am very glad that through these I saved a lot of money.

• The Babylon Garden Hostel 110000 VND
  53 Hàng Chiếu, Hàng Buồm, Hoàn Kiếm, Hà Nội 100000, Vietnam
  – The location is very near Dong Xuan market.

The owner helped me book a limousine from the Old Quarter to For You Homestay in Ninh Binh. The communication with them was very easy since the owner and both of the guys on the night shift speak English.

 The Deluxe 14-Bed Mixed Dormitory Room. Since I was on the top bunk bed, it’s kinda challenging for me to go up and down every now and then. The lockers are good and very convenient as the key is as the same as with the card key.

  – The property is very near Hanoi night market and Hoan Kiem Lake

Rooftop bar. This is where breakfast (American & Iris breakfast) and free beer happen all the time. The staffs speak English. Communication was very easy with the guys on shift.

The Bed in 10-Bed Mixed Dormitory Room. When I filled out the box for additional request on Booking.com, I asked if I can have a lower bunk and theerrreeeee– I was literally I’ve got the lower bed (farthest bed).

• Trang-an For You Homestay, Ninh Binh 135000 VND
  – The location has a beautiful view and near to Hoa Lu, Mua Cave & Trang-an Boat Tour.
  – You need to rent a bike or motorbike as the property is 5-7 mins away from the main road.
