I’m at the point in life, where salary is just my second priority as long as I can take a vacation leave anytime.

That doesn’t mean I did not take my job seriously for the past year, I did, I literally did. In fact, I had few appreciation, or whatever you may call it from the leadership team. I just fel that no matter how I performed well, as long as it’s not enough from the people around you and as long as they have other priorities, and if you don’t have someone to support you with your goals, it will be very difficult to step up to the corporate ladder.

I am already tired, but I need to keep going. I still have bills to pay to and I still wanted to give something to my parents from time to time. I just thank God for preserving me.
